Inmate Property Inmates are provided with the basic essentials such as clothing, bedding, shower shoes and three (3) meals a day. Inmates may purchase items from the canteen list provided to them for other essentials. Inmates who are indigent, (no money available), will be furnished with basic hygiene products.  More . . . Inmate Money Certified checks and money orders made out to the inmate can be mailed or personally delivered to the facility lobby to be credited to the inmate’s Commissary account.  More . . . Inmate Telephones Inmates cannot use the facility telephones.  All communications will be made through a separate telephone system located in the housing areas.  More . . . Inmate Mail All mail received will be opened and inspected. Inmate mail will not be read or censored unless there is reason to believe it is being used for illegal purposes, threatens the safety and/or security of the facility, threatens the safety of a public official or any other person(s) or is believed to be in direct violation of facility policies.  More . . . Inmate Programs The facility offers various types of programs for Inmate's, including Group Programs, Community Programs, and Work Release Programs.  More . . . Religious Services Inmates are allowed free exercise of religious belief and a reasonable opportunity to practice their religion.  More . . . Inmate Fees Fees are assessed for various items such as Medical Co-pays, Home Electronic Incarceration, Work Release Program, and other miscellaneous fees.  More . . .
